Hannah Bible Esq., has worked as an advisor to the Asian-African legal Consultative Organization at the United Nations speaking in the General Assembly, scripting legal language for various UN resolutions, and acting as a general advisor within the 6th committee on various legal matters and the 3rd committee regarding economic/ financial issues. Additionally, she has acted as a legal adviser to The World Conservation Union, Pax Romana, and other Intergovernmental organizations within the UN system. She has chaired and continues to sit on several NGO committees relating to microfinance, financing for development, and other initiatives. After attending Fordham School of law and graduating from St. Thomas University School of Law with honors, Ms. Bible acted as an assistant teacher of tax and contracts. Ms. Bible graduated with an LLM in Taxation from New York University and has a BBA in Accounting and prior to law school worked to structure internal compliance mechanisms and headed the reporting of financials for several multi-million dollar non-for-profit projects. As a faculty member of the Walter H. & Dorothy B. International Tax & Financial Services Graduate Program of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law (San Diego), Ms. Bible teaches the law of international trusts & business organizations as well as United States income tax. Ms. Bible is currently a member of the tax section of the Florida Bar.

Mr. Alex Otieno Omaya is a Law Graduate from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma Certificate from the Kenya School of Law. He has been an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya for more than 12 years representing clients at various levels of the Kenyan Court system. He has been involved in resolving major industrial disputes that required negotiations at the highest level of the Ministry of Labour and was involved in preparations of contracts for various partners who wanted to farm or grow spirulina in the city of Kisumu in Kenya. His areas of expertise include conveyancing Commercial Law and Litigation. He was also involved in the formulation of contracts and transfer of IIMSAM Centre in Kisumu Kenya. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, The East African Law Association and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association.

IIMSAM's Special Adviser Ms. Laura Susan Cobbs is a barrister in Milan, Italy. She was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1989 (Middle Temple) and was admitted to the Milan bar in 2006. She holds dual practicing certificates for both England and Italy. She is in independent practice with her own law office and maintains a general practice concentrating on the areas of international commercial, financial, real estate, and inheritance law. She also provides advice to consortiums (profitable or charitable) and other business entities on their respective projects in Europe. This involves advising on relevant European directives and domestic laws. Currently, she is involved in projects concerning renewable energy, transport and Milan Expo 2015. In England, her practice was and is in the area of criminal law. She prosecuted and defended the full range of criminal offences. In 2007, she returned to the UK to defend in a substantial fraud trial. She was approved by the Attorney General of England and Wales to prosecute cases on behalf of HM Customs and Revenue. She also conducted trials for the RSPCA in respect of offences against animals. She also defended in court-martials. Her specialization was high profile sex offence case including the first Rohpnol ("date rape" drug) case, the trial resulting from the North Wales Children's Home enquiry and the trial against a 'famous soccer coach'. Miss Cobbs lectured the police, Victim support, social Services and other agencies on child abuse investigations. She was also guest lecturer in 1997 to the European Institute of Family and Social Affairs. She was the author of articles on child witnesses. Since 2008 Miss Cobbs has been an approved attorney for the 'Sportello per il cittadino', which provides legal advice to those who are of no or low income, needing such advice. Mr. Nayef Salim SHAWABKAH has a Bachelor and a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Jordan and has been a long advocate and supporter of lawyers' rights and interests, being a member of the Jordanian Bar Association and The Arab Committee for the International Commercial Arbitration. He worked as a legal consultant for the Arab Union at the Real Estate Department and is the owner and founder of the Al-Shawabkah office for Advocacy and Legal Consultancy. Mr. SHAWABKAH participated in many charity campaigns in Jordan and was the Head of the Charity committee for the Jordanian Bar Association, and he contributed to empower people living in rural areas, improving their medical care and medical support. Dr. Raúl Benítez-Alías, IIMSAM Special-Adviser to the Director-General in Argentina, is a lawyer and expert on international affairs, business negotiations and an e-business consultant. For more than 20 years he has been trained and worked within the United Nations system on International Affairs on issues related to Justice and Development and International Education. From 1997 to 2002 (based in Buenos Aires), Dr. Raúl Benítez-Alías has worked with the Great Lakes Council of Government (USA) representing companies from all member-states, in Argentina, Brazil and Chile.Currently, he is associated with ABC-ON, a company dealing with e-business solutions for local and foreign clients (www.aibicon.com).
